Dataspaces in SmartSpace.ai are pivotal for managing and organizing data within your workspace. They serve as logical containers where data from connectors is synced to and made ready for processing and analysis.

Purpose of Dataspaces:

• To segment and organize data effectively.

• To act as a bridge between raw data and the AI models for analysis.

Setting Up Dataspaces:

1. Navigate to Dataspaces:

   • Access 'Dataspaces' from the left-hand navigation bar in the SmartSpace.ai admin panel.

2. Creating a New Dataspace:

   • Click on 'New Dataspace' and provide a name for easy identification.

   • Select the connectors you wish to link with this dataspace. This step is critical as it defines the source of data for the dataspace.

Best Practices:

• Regularly update and maintain your dataspaces to ensure they align with your current data requirements.

• Monitor the data sync processes to ensure they are functioning as intended.
